Title where you get citric acid from?

Good Afternoon,


I would like to buy one of your filters, but I would like to know where you get citric acid from.

I am intolerant to black mold Aspergillus Niger which is a source of citric acid, the truth, I would like to avoid any adverse reaction in myself.
